Am I wrong in saying
that
as a first step in the process of self-discovery
it is perhaps
"better/logical/advisable" to give attention to "know/realise/have clarity"
about
"what we are not ( neither body nor mind)"
rather than
wasting our vital mental energy (which is the only source for accomplishing anything in life)
in
trying to "know/realise/search/achieve/reach"
the so called perhaps "unknowable/non-achievable/unreachable" """SELF""".
that
