"Energy" is the first step of the expression of "life".
Various forms of manifestation whether known or unknown are nothing but bundle of energy (scientists say criss-cross of vibration) condensed/concentrated in their unique fashion (inbuilt programmes).
And the energy can be felt/perceived/experienced by the sense organs in conjunction with the brain and the feeling/knowledge of those experiences "can be/get" very well expressed "by/through" various parts of the body in the form of either thoughts or body languages.
Hence there is no "feeling/knowledge/experience" of the human being which cannot be explained/expressed in energy term.The terms which can be explained include love, happiness, bliss, ecstasy, compassion, non-violence, violence, anger,greed, sex, desires, thoughts, consciousness, etc.
Only thing which perhaps cannot be explained in energy term is the "Awareness/ Presence/ Witness/ Drashta".
