What you are not is important

Am I wrong in saying

that

as a first step in the process of self-discovery

it is perhaps

"better/logical/advisable" to give attention to "know/realise/have clarity"

about

"what we are not ( neither body nor mind)"

rather than

wasting our vital mental energy (which is the only source for accomplishing anything in life)

in

trying to "know/realise/search/achieve/reach"

the so called perhaps "unknowable/non-achievable/unreachable" """SELF""".
